If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help you.
Exchange or Return for Refund
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. New products may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically issue a refund to your credit card or original payment method within 7-15 business days. Any item returned after 30 days will be subject to a late restocking fee of 50% of the total transaction cost (excluding taxes). Returns will not be accepted after 90 days.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited. Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for the refund to be credited. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@EloiseMorris.shop.
To be eligible for a refund, please make sure:
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product is not used or damaged
We will not accept any exchange or return requests for "Sale Items" once they have been sold.
Items Not Eligible for Returns:
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be returned.
Once you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product back along with a product list with the product ID. The return package requires a tracking number; we will process the product exchange or refund after receiving your return package.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Order Cancellation
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, we will refund the full amount. Once you decide to cancel your order, please submit an order cancellation request here. For orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but not yet shipped, we will provide a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. If the order has been shipped, we will not accept cancellation requests.

Clearance products do not support returns or exchanges!
